He also highlighted the importance of encouraging citizens to adopt electronic services, instilling a digital culture in their minds, and proceeding with the implementation of plans and projects aimed at improving the level of electronic services, given their advantages and effective impact in facilitating service recipients.

In this context, a briefing was given on the office's work, the nature of the services provided, and statistics on the number of applicants, both citizens and foreigners. He also highlighted the effective impact of launching digital services and submitting applications via the department's website or the Sanad app, in reducing the number of applicants and improving the level of service.

Al-Faraya also toured the office's facilities, reviewing the services provided to citizens and the procedures followed. He also listened to employees' concerns about any needs that could contribute to improving services, stressing the importance of developing the work environment and observing public safety requirements. During the tour, Al-Faraya also met with some clients and discussed the services provided.
