Minister of Interior Makes Inspection Visit to Follow-up and Inspection Directorate

Minister of Interior Mazen Al-Faraya made a surprise visit to the Follow-up and Inspection Directorate on Thursday. During the visit, he inspected the directorate's workflow and the level of achievement in carrying out the tasks and duties assigned to it. The Minister also toured the directorate's various departments and offices and listened to employees' comments and suggestions regarding performance improvement.
In this context, Al-Faraya emphasized the importance of continuing plans and efforts aimed at improving the level of electronic services provided by the directorate and following up on completed transactions according to the best available methods. He also highlighted the need to provide the necessary facilities to clients at all stages of the transaction process, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Minister Al-Faraya also met with clients at the directorate and exchanged views on their observations regarding the services provided and ideas that would contribute to improving the quality of these services and overcoming the obstacles they face, enabling them to obtain high-quality services in a timely manner.
