Enquiring about an in-process application via mobile message (SMS) service

Text an SMS that includes the following:

• Key-in number (161) followed by space.
• Key-in the in-mail reference number stated in the follow-up card that you have.
• Send the SMS to e-government number (94444).

Example:

Assuming that the in-mail reference number in the follow-up card you have is 1234, then, the enquiry text will read:

• 161 1234
• Then, send it to number (94444)
• Note that the cost per message is equal to six pennies
